Cara Simon, of Elsipogtog First Nation, and her husband Garnett Augustine have been married for 26 years and have been business owners for 20 years. February 23, 2003 was the day they opened Cara’s Café, and now they have expanded to a successful Entertainment Center (CC’s Entertainment Center) in the heart of Elsipogtog NB. They’ve always been hands on owners and believe that is the key to a successful business. Their drive for a successful future of their business is just as strong as it was 20 years ago!
