Maqamigew Anqotumeg, Mi'kmaw for "we take care of land" began business in 2021 under the leadership of Lyle Vicaire, a seasoned Terrestrial Ecologist from Elsipogtog First Nation. Lyle had previously worked for various consulting firms starting in 2014 and has extensive experience in biophysical studies. In 2020, Lyle had also begun research on coastal restoration in Atlantic Canada. With the help of his supervisor, Lyle successfully implemented a new technique of salt marsh restoration in New Brunswick. Maqamigew Anqotumeg can offer environmental services from biophysical surveys to ecological restoration.
