Mr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and an Associate Degree in Industrial Power Plant Management from Maine Maritime Academy, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including managing large commercial, residential, and community housing projects.
Being a member of Tobique First Nation, Mr. Francis understands the needs and obstacles that First Nation communities and First Nation governments encounter, and as such, brings a unique understanding and experience to every project to ensure projects move forward most efficiently.
