Rossi Blends is an Indigenous, woman-owned pop-up beverage brand proudly rooted in New Brunswick — built from the ground up with passion, creativity, and heart. The idea first came to life while I was living and teaching English in Vietnam in 2020, where I was inspired by the country’s exotic fruits, vibrant street drinks, and the joy of sharing something refreshing with others. What started as a dream overseas has now grown into one of New Brunswick’s most exciting emerging beverage brands — bursting with colour, energy, and community spirit.
Our menu features a delicious variety of handcrafted drinks — from our signature frozen smoothies made with 100% real fruit and no added sugars, to our iconic Dirty Sodas and Dirty Alanis, each one designed to bring happiness in a cup. Our smoothies are especially unique — pre-made, frozen, and ready to blend, offering customers a convenient, healthy option that fits any lifestyle. You can even order them in bundles with a minimum order of six directly through our Facebook page, so you can always have a little bit of Rossi Blends at home.
This past summer, Rossi Blends travelled across New Brunswick, setting up at powwows, the Fredericton Exhibition, farmers markets, and community events — proudly sharing flavour, culture, and connection everywhere we go. Each season brings new creations under our evolving menus — like our fall and winter line, Cozy Sips, featuring rich hot chocolates and warm, spiced apple ciders topped with toasted marshmallow fluff.
While we currently operate as a pop-up tent, Rossi Blends is working toward becoming fully mobile, with plans to launch a branded food trailer that will allow us to serve even more communities year-round.
What began as a small spark of inspiration has grown into a vibrant brand built on passion and perseverance. Rossi Blends is proof that when you lead with heart and hard work, you can turn a dream into something truly unforgettable.
