Good Native Plants is a Mi’kmaq-led non-profit reconnecting people to the land through the sale of native plants. Our business currently specializes in native seed collections designed for ecological restoration, pollinator support, and climate-resilient gardening. Each seed packet is curated with care, supporting biodiversity and reflecting traditional ecological knowledge.
We offer both individual species and themed collections such as pollinator meadows, rain gardens, shade gardens, and decolonizer kits, making it easy for home gardeners, educators, and land stewards to reintroduce native species into their environments. Our work is rooted in seven-generational thinking, with a focus on reciprocity, education, and ecological healing.
Based in north-shore New Brunswick and also Montreal, we ship across Canada, vend at events and markets throughout the year, and facilitate educational workshops on native plants. By choosing our seeds, you’re not just planting flowers, you’re planting futures.
